My periods like clock work every month, l should have started on Friday 3rd January but as of yet theres no sign of it, we've been trying for a baby now for about three months. Ive taken two pregnancy tests but both have come back negative, my boobs are really sore, im tired constantly but am having broken sleep throughout the night, my appetite comes and goes throughout the day.
Any suggestions?

It can take a while to show up. I suggest you go go youpr doctor and ask for an HGC blood test, sometimes that's the only way to know.

I think you might have put this in a completely wrong topic - perhaps report to MNHQ to ask it to be moved to 'Conception'? There are lots of well-informed posters over there.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but you may just need to wait another few days to a week before doing another test. It might just be that you're pregnant, but don't have enough of the pregnancy hormone, human chorionic gonadotropin (better known as hCG), in your bloodstream to show up on a test yet. Did you get an early detection test?
It is also possible that you're not pregnant. Your body can do some odd things when you really really want something. Again, the best thing you can do, is to wait and see.
It might also be that you have a fertilised egg, but it's not implanting properly. That happens more often than you'd think and it happens when your body rejects an egg that isn't viable. Perfectly normal.

I know it's hard to wait when you really want to be pregnant, but it does seem to be your only option right now...
