Did weight watchers work 4 u???

Im thinking of joining ww, i was just wondering if anyone can tell me there experiences doing it.
Would you recommend doing it online or at the local meetings???

But anyway Weight Watchers does work - it's just a case of sticking to it that is the hard part.

Maybe you should put this in the Health or other subjects section, I don't think people will take you seriously in the Only Joking section!
