Children's private dentists

Hi,
I've got two boys one is 16months and has developed brown stains on he's teeth, my dentist said to brush them more often.

Since then the teeth seem to be rotting away, I looked into fluoride and was shocked to find that this could be the problem.

I wanted to find a private dentist to have seen urgently and privately, I am based in insulin ton.

Any ideas?

does your child eat a lot of fruit?

what does he drink?

did you have to take medication during pregnancy?

no idea about dentists in your area though, sorry!

Fluoride usually lead to whitish stains. And anyway, in England you should usually worry about luck of it. And this black stains, well, due to a lot of any kind of sugar (from fruits as well) usually appears not that fast if you have enough fluoride.

As for black spots - it should be monitored. When they are hard and show no signs of ... well like cavity starts, dentists usually leave it alone. I had 1 like that for 20 years before it was ... it ended up with filling. But with kids - you should start to visit dentist more often, because all the processes go faster when they grow (that was what I was told once, not sure how much it is true in nature but what I remember about myself fits).
