Well after finding out a teaspoon of it is only 33 calories I ate it with a spoon out of the jar. However if I wasn't dieting it'd be spread quite thickly on white bread.

I also always double dip! I only buy nutella to eat it, it doesn't last long enough to put in a cupboard and I don't share so it's ok!
