I'm sorry you're going through this again. I would recommend calling Shelter www.shelter.org and finding out what you can do.

Have spoken to Shelter and am told the landlord holds all the cards. Only option is to try and find another private landlord who may be interested in giving us a chance. Sadly these landlords are few and far between. Thanks for taking the time to give me your kind and supportive words as well suggesting Shelter.
