Hard to capture just how choppy it was - this was 3pm yesterday, South East Coast.

Just off for a walk to see what it looks like today.

Fenton - are we neihbours?

I don't know LEM, put a pin on the coast between Portsmouth and Brighton and that's where I am

Still quite choppy at the beach today, and spotted one broken tree on my walk.

Wind clean blew over the little tykes slide and opened all the windows / door of the play house --was looking forward to fuss and mayhem but storm was a wee fizzer here in Berkshire by all accounts, disclaimer I hope any fuss and mayhem elsewhere was not serious--

Would have loved to have seen this mid-air.....the kids thought it would have looked like the house in the Wizard of Oz.

Not our marquee by the way, came from a garage three doors away from our garden.

blimey that marquee could have done some damage, we were unimpressed to see the across road neighbours hadn't secured the contents of their renovation skip at all, loads of loose boards / ply / plaster were scattered all over, lucky the big stuff didn't get caught in a gust.

One of our garden chairs got blown over and I think next door's recycling box had moved a bit. Didn't think to take photos unfortunately.

Look at my neighbour's beautiful, intact fence panels... then look at mine. sigh
