Taking baking blog in new direction

I havent done anything on my blog for ages (it must have virtual cobwebs), i have a cake business and used to put cakes up on it, talk about foody stuff and the restaurants we went to.

Im a bit obsessed with Bake off franchise and avidly watch all the english speaking eps i can find. I am thinking to restart my blog with a series on baking the technical challenges. Do you think that would be something of interest ? I am a patissier by trade so it would be sharing tips and doing step by step pictures as well as "can i make rhis in the allocated time"

This sounds relevant to your blog - I would go ahead and expand your topic to include technical baking tutorials. More importantly, it sounds like something you could write about. If you have nothing to write about... then you have no blog in the first place! ;) x

I think it is a great idea, I would love reading something like that!

i'd love to read something like that, i am a good baker but still relatively new to anything technical. i'd find it really useful and a bit more interesting than the usual picture and recipe blogs (though i like them too).
