Children's friend going into my bedroom

My DC have a new friend who is a few years older (12). When he comes round to play, he keeps going into my bedroom despite me having said to stay in DC's bedroom. I feel a bit uncomfortable about this - I mean I have nothing to hide but I might have accidentally left underwear out or something. WWYD?

i would ask him not to. if he does it again then tell him that he will have to stay downstairs and play if you can't trust him up there.

it's a bit weird isn't it? i mean why does he go in there??

holidaybug · 08/09/2013 21:06

I don't know why he does it but there were a couple of DC toys left on the bed and some DC toys he had put in the wardrobe.

how very odd!

He does this at 12?! More than odd. Tell him!

Tell him your room is off limits, or he goes home. Make sure your DS knows you mean it.
He's being nosey, and impolite.

Just tell him!

holidaybug · 08/09/2013 21:22

He is nosey, no question about that! I will tell them next time they have to stay downstairs.
