I can see that its best practice to check yourself, its all too easy to have a go. That's especially true when you can't see the result, like on the internet. However, truth is people get frustrated and vent.

I agree with you, OP. A little empathy goes a long way.

I can't recall the exact proverb but, if you'll allow a possible paraphrase, it's something like: "There's so much good in the worst of us and so much bad in the best of us that it ill behoves all of us to talk about any of us."
