Twitter Follow-Me Button?

Hi there,
Does anyone know how to add a Twitter follow-me button to my contact page of a wordpress blog?
My wordpress layout doesn't allow for sidebars, so contact page probably best for me.
I've tried a few plug-ins, but not sure how to edit them to add to the page. Grrr.

You are using the Chunk theme, which has a footer widget area - the easiest option would be to put your Twitter widget there.

If you have Jetpack installed, then I believe there is a Twitter widget included. Otherwise, add a text box widget and drop the code into that. x
