Depends on the condition of the wall to be honest.

A good SDS drill and some expanding bolts should do the trick.

It needs to be a supporting wall and you need to get a man in. It is a bugger of a job. Will you be channelling cables in or covering them?

It's a faux chimney breast so you can get a gas fire if you want I hate gas fires

We did ours, (well, DP did ours) the other day. If it's an ext' wall it should be straight forward. He put the T.V / DVD cables in trunking and painted them the same colour as the walls. Looks good and much easier than channeling out walls.
