What's the earliest time you'd let your kids out to play in the morning?

After nine I think. There are lots of families with children round here which helps.

Depends if w/e or not. If next door can keep barbequing until midnight then I will let my kids out at 8am.

Yes I agree midnight is a bit late. We always try to move outdoor parties inside at 11 unless NYE.
