My ex is taking my son who is 11 on holiday abroad, I am fine with this and he has given me in a letter basic information on were they are going. However, I have asked to see proof of the return date in the form of their ferry ticket as I am concerned he will keep him longer than a week. Am I justified in doing this. He has so far refused.

I think U are justified considering all the children that are not returned on time, or at all. Is your husband from that country, in which case I would def be worried and get legal advice on if I could stop him going.

Sounds dramatic but you go hear of Dad's that take kids to the home country and then there is nothing that U can do.
