Is anybody following her on Twitter?

There has been a string of bizarre tweets and incidents recently, arrests, evictions, head shaving...

Thoughts? Is she ill/on drugs/ attention seeking?

She's an actress, was in She's The Man, probably other stuff too. I think she's more famous in the US but I kept seeing references to her on Twitter, followed her, and its quite sad really.
