Hey, no need to apologise! I took the picture and I also agree that it's the headrest. However, I think the picture is interesting because when I show it to people I either get a "OH MY GOD IT'S HAUNTED!" Or a "it's the headrest." With about a 50% split each way.

I think there is a mental thing where your brain re-arranges shapes into faces? I wonder if that's what is going on here?

Yes it does look like a person but is in totally the wrong place for a person to have been sitting, which leads me to conclude it is a trick of the light caused by the placing of the seat/headrest.
