Please help
My 72 year old mum is plagued by noisy neighbours who constantly slam their front door from 7am to after 11pm. I have asked nicely on her behalf only to be laughed at.
She has put up with this for years but as her health deteriates it makes her jump.
Previously the same people have been issued with an ASBO for threatening to petrol bomb her for reporting noise in communal walkway.
Could council perhaps fit a door closer on their door.
Please advise. Mum stuck in grounding day.
