Last year me and DP booked to go to Barcelona for a long weekend, Thursday to Sunday night. DS - 3 - is staying with my mum.
We have been invited to a wedding in Iceland the weekend after this and would need to be away Thursday to Sunday again. There are no other kids going to the wedding, otherwise we'd take him, so I don't think it's appropriate.
Should we go? He's always massively grumpy for a bit if we're away for a couple of days and this is 4 days, 2 weeks in a row. He could stay with DP's parents so childcare not an issue.
