The DM is strongly hinting as such. Another of her Cheltenham coats was described as 'suspiciously roomy' or something very like that.

If the DM think that coat looked suspiciously roomy (the white one at the bottom?) I dread to think what they'd say about the kind of clothes I waltz around in every day.

I think she's just a bad shape, and a bad dresser. Pippa looks like a 60s Bond girl!

Ooh, yes, it was the white coat that was roomy.
With Zara, she has such magnificent shoulders/back, that she might sometimes have things fitting at the top, being a bit roomier around the middle.

Or she may also be pregnant. Who knows.
