Presents for second newborn

I have a friend who's just had her second baby daughter and am struggling to decide what baby gift would be of best use for her, there is only 18 months between her first girl and this new born. Any suggestions of what you have received or wanted would be great!

I have a newborn and a toddler and my most favourite gifts have been for me! Smellies/chocolate etc. But if you do want to buy for the baby Lamaze toys are great and a blanket is a nice idea.
