What's the deal with Silent Sunday?

I'm a newbie (been blogging since November) and am just starting to find out about the fabulous blogs that are out there. What's this Silent Sunday business? Do you have to sign up somewhere, or can anyone just join in and post pics on a Sunday?

Hey Craft or anyone else.... I am having problems with the linky....how do you link it? i have tried cutting and pasting and have tried adding link and i am doing something wrong! If anyone has the time/will to tell me i would be grateful!

I thought she stopped doing it and people were just carrying on?

I've never done it and got really put off by one blogger getting a bit "twitchy" about the "rules" of silent Sunday.

Yeah I must admit that puts me off a bit these days too Dilly, that and the fact that I always seem to kill my blog within 24 hours of doing a post on there, totally unrelated but I take it as a sign ;) Egusta, it should be the same as any other linky in that you need it to be to the page that you post is on rather than your blog name as a whole? If that makes sense? If its still not working you could always tell us what you're typing in there and we could try and play spot the problem?!
