sleeping problems for 22 months boy

recently my wee boy has been awaking at 1 am every nite screaming.shouting. shaking and is very cold he has a heater in his room an is on getting worried now can anyone give me advice on what to do

There is a difference between nightmares and night terrors. Make sure he is awake. Then cuddle and soothe him back to sleep.
