Bitchyness within the office

Long story but will keep to the facts...

Work in a male orientated office. Myself and the two admin staff are the only females. I have a more senior job to them. Only 1 admin until recently when the comapny decided to take on existing admins best pal. They are now being really bitchy and I am absolutely positive this will lead to trouble in the near future.

What would you do?? Should I soeak to the manager and voice my concerns? I fear I may just come accross as a pathetic female and will be laughed at. I don't know how much more of this atmosphere I can take!

TIA for any advice!

Have a chat, and ask for an opinion, and suggestions how manage the situation.

Are they being bitchy towards you? If so, then definitely complain.

Otherwise, maybe ask (privately) for something around code of conduct to be raised in a staff meeting as you have noticed a negative atmosphere.

But others will have noticed too, so sooner or later it will be raised.

Why not try and get to know them - it is a shame that the few females around can't stick together
