I have seen her v close up a few times (she would go to the same teashop as us, meeting her Mum usually). She does have badly scarred skin. It looks like she has suffered from v bad acne at some point. She has a lovely face though. More surprising though was how teeny tiny she looked (had what looked like child sized white jeans on).
