An interesting effort from my little lot.

4 year old Dd's efforts on Monday. She is now an expert at rolling those giant balls of snow.

The snow here does not seem to be the kind that sticks together :(

we did our building on Monday when the snow was quite wet and sticky. The stuff that fell afterwards was too powdery. Dd wanted to make a snow dog and cat (so that they would turn real because she wants a pet) but resorted to sticking a carrot on top of a milk bottle because she couldn't get it to work .

Not bad for 8 1/2 weeks old

We're attempting to make ice marbles - there's coloured water in the balloons. Suggestion from a friend on facebook - if it works will come back a post a picture of the result.
