Is there a way I can make sure only a selected few people can see a photo?

I know I can custom who sees it when I post it but can I guarentee friends of friends won't see it, for example if someone 'likes' or comments on it?

Don't put it on fb?
Email it to the select few instead maybe?

You can make it available to friends only

Mynewmoniker · 01/01/2013 19:20

What if others post photos of you? How do you stop others seeing them?

OrangeLily · 01/01/2013 19:23

Make a private group and just share it in their. Me, DH, SIL and BIL have one to share stuff between us.

Yes set up a group

A private group should do it. It would be for extended family, we keep in touch more through fb rather than e-mail. I don't mind pics of me on fb, this would be for some lovely pics of my kids with my nephew I'd prefer to keep within our family for now.

If you do a private group that's invite only, then people can't even copy any pictures you post.

JammySplodger · 01/01/2013 20:54

By that gallic do you mean others can't share, and I guess friends of the invited can't see 'likes', etc.

yes but also they can't right click and copy the photo to their computer.

fortyplus · 01/01/2013 21:31

You can't stop other people taking photos of you but you can choose not to allow anyone to tag you without your approval. So your name won't appear as being in the photo.

Good to know. Will see about getting that set up, thanks very much.
