So I haven't used fb for ages and I thought I would go on and try and catch up with family/cousins etc
Tried to log in and guessed my password - got it wrong, then clicked on 'forgot password' and got this message

It seems the only way I can appeal against this decision is to send a jpeg of my passport to facebook. And when I look at the FAQ there is all this stuff about violating the community rules - all I did was put in a wrong password....
Any ideas?? tia
