Need a bit of tech help re Facebook

I'm trying to broaden my audience (aren't we all?) and have set up a FB page for my blog today - www.facebook.com/EmmasExpatAdventures - now what I want to know (and can't seem to find) is how do I link my blog to the FB page - I've managed to link the blog to twitter etc but can't seem to do it for FB

What I'm after is a widget that says/directs 'follow me on FB' or some such - can anyone point me in the right direction?

DOH - read the help pages fail!

So I've managed it and it was super easy - I hadn't been looking in the right place.

It was in the Help section of my Admin panel, then Getting started and marketing materials and then brand resource centre for badges etc. Got there in the end!

Apparently updating your FB page automatically makes it less likely they'll promote your messages and posts. Something to do with the new way they arrange and advertise all their data. It's supposed to be better to add your links manually, each time you update the blog.

Yes, I read about that and so will not update automatically (I think - have yet to test how that bit works) but wanted visitors to the blog to see the FB link - which is what I managed to do.
