About the Washing Up

Four days ago we had this conversation:

Me: You need to pull your weight more around the house
DH: I agree, I'll do the washing up
Me: Ok, the washing up is yours, I won't touch it.

The big stinking pile of dirty dishes is 4 days old today. I am sorely tempted to just wash the damn things already. How long would you hold out?

Forever. And start ordering take away.

Tee: I think I will have to because right now, in effect I am doing the washing up. At the rate of one pan, a wooden spoon and a plate every bloody time I want to eat something.
