Has anyone heard of Glipho?

I got a tweet asking if I would like to join them, but am not sure what it really means - looking at the website hasn't really helped - has anyone here heard of them/used them? Is it just another blog hosting site like Wordpress or blogger? Or something else?

I write on Glipho (won't post the link 'cause it says not to promote your blog if you're not in the Network). It's a blogging website which incorporates social media, so you can connect it to Twitter, Facebook, etc. I really like it because it has a very supportive community of writers and it's easy to use. I've found a lot of bloggers I probably wouldn't have found otherwise as a result of it. :D

So would I have to move from my current WordPress site to their site? I only just moved from Blogger onto WordPress a few months ago & CBA to update all my internal links again!

I don't use WordPress, but I don't think so. There's an import function so you can copy posts from Blogger/WordPress/Tumblr to Glipho without it affecting the original blogs. A couple of my friends use it as well as their original blogs and it boosted their traffic, which is pretty cool.
