I've got a WordPress blog I've just started I often see blogs I want to follow on 'blogger' 'blogspot' etc. How can I follow them and add them to my list down the side of bloggers I follow ?

I've just been told about something called 'google reader', I went on it and there's tons of blogs but I'm still not sure how to follow them. #absolutebegginer

If you go into the widgets bit of your Wordpress dashboard there is usually an option to add a Blogroll to the side of your blog, then you put links to the people you follow in there.

I have a blogroll but it only has other wordpress blogs on it. I don't know how to follow blogs which aren't wordpress.

But you can also add a blog roll to your own blog, even on blogger. Will look for an explanation of how to do this

You won't be notified if the blogger has posted a new blog though, you will have to click through to see who has a new post.

You can however use it to share blogs you like with your readers.
