The Winter Blues!!

I've just blogged about how I suffer from SAD or the winter blues? I just wondered if anyone else had blogged about this or had any advice on how to overcome it - I'm already starting to dread the winter.

Enjoy the winter! It is depressing with the nights drawing in! But i love it once it sarts getting cold! i wrap up warm and go to starbucks with my partner ave a good chat! or sit in and watch a good movie on the TV.
