I ordered a shop from Tesco on Sunday to arrive Monday between 8-10. It didn't arrive. I live on an Army Camp and the driver has to phone me and be booked in at the gate.
When I phoned at 10.30 on Monday night I was told that the driver had tried to deliver but the Guardroom wouldn't let him in and he had tried to ring me.
Bollocks
I was reading on iPhone waiting for the call and DH was on duty in the guardroom he would have been the person to sign the driver in
So after a rant at Tesco they agreed to deliver between 8-10 the next morning which meant that DH couldn't go to bed till they had arrived.
At 10.20 he phoned them to be told it was on its way. Eventually it arrived at 11.30. No apology driver said he had booking between 10-12.
Sooooo this morning I get an email refunding my order! Do I tell them I did eventually get the order or not!
