What should I get ex-H as birthday present from the DCs?

Not sure if this is the right place for this question but am really stuck. Need to buy something today for the DCs to give their dad at the weekend.

He is rich and has everything he could ever want. I can spend about £25. Have no idea what to get. Clothes are out as he is v particular. Books the same. I just have no idea what to get but it needs to be something I can obtain in a well-resourced town centre today!

Any ideas?

Depends on the age of the children. Get them to produce their best portrait of Daddy and frame it perhaps?

Slug they are 10 and 8 and have done pictures etc for a few previous birthdays but less willing now. Also I need to get something today!

Can you ask them what they would like to get him? At that age they are old enough to have some ideas of their own - I know I was choosing presents myself at that age, I remember saving up my pocket money to buy Christmas presents!

I split with my XP when DS was 2. I have never bought a gift from DS to his DF. I have always provided a card for him to sign though - and passed it on.

For his last birthday my dd got her Dad a new (nice) wash bag as he travels a lot. It was from TK Maxx and she then chose smellies from boots to put in it. He was really touched.

I second (third?) the idea of a picture if the dc.
The best present my dh said he's ever received was a canvas with the dc's handprints on.

Canvas from poundland. Black paint from poundland too I think.

Anything from his dc will be priceless.
