It is indeed a network to promote your blog. But you will be better received if you also join in chats about blogging.

There is also a thread specifically for posting your blog links.

And being condescending is going to get you no where.

I am new to all this and didn't really understand the eticate. From now on though I will do my best to join in other chats and only post my links in the thread you mentioned, I will also never use the experession "easy tiger" again. Didn't mean to cause offence, can we start over?

You can post your link in any thread you like, but do try to join in the other conversations as well. I just thought it might be nice if you joined the link thread. I myself don't post there, but I also don't use the network much.

In the future, a look around and asking the etiquette would be a better way to start.
