Today I popped into boots with a prescription.
As i approach the store I see a car parked in the parent and child spaces. There are two young kids in the car (both under 3 i'd guess).
The car alarm is blaring intermittently with the kids covering their ears.
There is no sign of the mother.
Oh and the kids had dummies Grin, actually they did, but i'm just messing with you putting that in.
But really, this happened to me today, and I want to know what you would do?

Not sure really. I think I'd hover until the car owner returned just to see them safe.

I do leave my two (4.8 and 8 months) in the car while I pay for petrol or run into the Tesco Express but that's it. I wouldn't leave them outside anything big enough to have P&C spaces.

it's a big boots store next to mothercare, next, and outlet stores too.

hmm, so i wasn't the only one to notice and a few of the staff were starting to get concerned. i entered the shop with one of the staff who was saying 'it was disgusting to see that'.
i said, 'could you put an announcement out for the driver?'
yes, so off she goes.

about 5 minutes later, i've got my prescription and i leave the store as they put out the announcement. the woman behind me leaving, goes over the car and open's it.

so i do the only sensible thing and throw her some evils. Smile
so that's the got her attention.

so i say, 'your car alarm has been going off and the kids are having to cover their ears'

"i was only 2 seconds" she says.

"no you didn't, you took longer than me. they'd just put an announcement out to look for you."

end of conversation. she got in her car and i got in mine.

so hypothetically Wink if you happened to have taken a note of the car make and registration number....would you do anything with it?
