Ok so, when you get your luffly thing, if the desire so takes you, post a picture of it here :)

idea was not mine, alas, although I was there at its conception

the MOOG-goddess is our own lovely nagooooooooo who is a genius artist, list compiler and frazzled thread-maintainer

BonkeyMollocks · 13/09/2012 20:20

TiaMariaandDietCoke · 14/09/2012 11:26

Isn't it?! It really made me laugh, and has pride of place in my office now :) My 'things' are also homemade, but neither clever nor funny I'm afraid! (hopefully will still make Farley smile when they arrive though!)

PandaNot · 14/09/2012 11:26

nickelcognito Thank you, my lovely thing arrived this morning, it was like Christmas! Can't do clever photos because of the iPad. Such a fabulous idea this nice things thread.

nickelcognito · 14/09/2012 12:00

kitkatco · 14/09/2012 13:00

Here are my beautiful keyrings from lovely, talented Norks in exchange for my WaterAid donation. Norks is one of life's angels. Thanks

Galena · 14/09/2012 13:06

The cat looks less than impressed.

kitkatco · 14/09/2012 13:08

When he saw the crinkly red paper he thought perhaps it was something for him... As you can see from his size, his thoughts are mostly about filling his tummy.

Galena · 14/09/2012 13:10

lol Funniest sight has to have been Christmas when we wrapped a 'catnip teabag' in wrapping paper and let the cat loose... I have memories of him with his head inside the partially unwrapped parcel, pushing it across the floor till he headbutted the sofa...

amieis · 14/09/2012 13:24

I receive a mumsnet survival kit from someone luffly this morning but there was no note to say thankyou to who it was from!!! It made me smile and has cheered me up from a very shitty few days!!
Also, someone sent dp a jiffy bag of sweeties again with no note! So thankyou you luffly mnetters whoever you are!

NCForNow · 14/09/2012 13:25

Ha ha at the cat! He looks resentful!

Nagoo · 14/09/2012 13:35
