has anyone here met Lorraine Kelly?

just wondering what she's really like, is she as nice as she makes out?

I think she's awful.

I have worked with her . She is lovely . Very down to earth , one of the nicest celebs out there .

I've worked with her too and she was very nice indeed and - more importantly - very nice to all the staff from bottom to top

Her daughter went to my children's school. Although I never met her formally, I was told she is lovely. (She also "cooed" over my daughter when she was a baby when we were in a restaurant once).

I was on a TV show that she presented. She was very nice - tiny, but very nice.

She shared the make up room with a couple of us, and she seemed really normal, down to earth, non-diva-ish

Why "tiny BUT nice". Are tiny people often not?

Not a bad word to say about her here either. I think what you see o tv is the real her. She has real empathy which many journos not looking ant anyone in particular Kay burley do not seem to possess.

Actually really glad to hear that. She always seems so genuine.

It amazes me that my thread "has anyone met Dervla Kirwan" has a lot of people saying it's an odd and weird thread but I don't see any of those comments on this thread.

dh has worked with her many times and confirms she is a good egg.

My dad is often on the same plane as her back home at the end of the week and he has sat next to her a few times and he says shes lovely.

I can't watch her, she makes me cringe, she is so ingratiating and comes across as very insincere to me.... very painful viewing!

Oops, I seem to be in the minority. I am only saying how she seems - in reality I don't doubt she is lovely but I actually cannot look at her on TV without shivering and having to leave the room! God, the whole "fashion slot" she did/does makes me want to bang my head against the wall - ugh.

We were great friends for a time but she didnt like my taste in men and i didnt particulary like hers, if you know what i mean.

The answers on this thread are a turn up for the book.
