Wordpress Themes?

I've started a blog God Help You All

But I need a new theme. The one I have is a little pink and girly and my blog really isn't a pink and girly type of blog.

Which themes are good?

Does a theme do a lot to set the tone of a blog do you think?

And on wordpress, how on earth do I change the tagline underneath my blog name? Is that a 'dependent on theme' change?

I started off the same.. I recently changed all mine over to a simple design. I did troll through all the themes though to find one that I like. (I am not self hosted so just .com rather than .org)

you can edit the tagline, but I am not sure what you mean, do you mean when it says "just another wordpress site...." thats easy to change in the settings when you change the theme.

Changed the theme and have found the tag line bit too :)

Now I just have to write something worth reading! But really, it's just a venting place more then a helpful to other people type blog. Feels incredibly self indulgent though .
