Trying to make a call. I have been promising to bring dd1 to the cinema for ages.do you think Brave is too much for a three year old?

I took my 2 and 4 year olds to see it and they loved it.

we brought our 2 year old and 8 year old - they loved it (having said that dd2 didn't seem to spend much time actually watching it!)

Depends on child really - my 7 year old was scared and sitting on my knee Grin

Just back from a lovely mummy daughter day and glad to say she loved Brave and so did I. There were a few scary bits but she just cuddled up to me on my knee and was excited rather than petrified! Great to see a strong female lead in a cartoon and really I couldn't have chosen a better film for our first shared cinema experience. "chosen" being a bit strong as I was in two minds right up to leaving the house....lucked out maybe! Had a good teary sniffle at the end too ( me not her). Thanks for the reassurance missy and gin!
