Just going through my reciepts from my holiday last month.
On 19/07 we ate in the restaurant at a Haven site.
There were 7 of us so I didn't notice that we had been overcharged at the time cos I was expecting a large bill. But for a random reason I have just been going thru my reciepts.
It clearly says 7 covers but I have been charges for 10 meals and 7 drinks! What's wierd tho is that they only bought out 7 meals (and it was one of those computerised ordering systems which go straight thru to the kitchen) so what happened to my other 3?
Now as its nearly a month on do I have any way to complain. Is it worth a speculative email to head office? I've been overcharged by about £14.
