Car accident compensation

At the end of October someone drove into the side of my car on a round about. My two dc were in the car so we got a big fright and the car had to be taken away for repairs but otherwise we all seemed fine.

Lots of companies called me about compensation but I said no as I felt fine. A few months later I started having problems with my arm, I assumed I had injured it but as the pain didn't go away and I started to have difficulty driving I saw a dr who told me the pain was coming from my neck. Yesterday I saw a chiropractor who suggested the accident might have triggered it.

The chiropractor is expensive, if I could get money to cover it that would be good but I really dislike the claim culture and it feels wrong to do it after this length of time. I've been told I am being silly not to but it feels wrong for some reason. I can't know for sure if it was the accident so I feel I should just leave it but people seem to think otherwise.

If you feel there is a chance an injury was caused by this accident that was at no fault of your own, then it may be worth speaking to a specialist solicitor who will quickly be able to assess your situation and provide a straightforward answer regarding any compensation you may or may not be entitled to. Most personal injury firms will provide this advice free of charge. As you say chiropractor treatment can be very expensive and there is a chance compensation will be able to cover these costs. There are several reputable, specialist law firms that provide honest advice about compensation claims for road traffic accidents, try:
Acorn Law
MTA Solicitors LLP
Pannone solicitors
