Just interested....to do with money

Ds (15) won a prize at school. It was £10 gift vouchers. It was attached to certificate with paper clip. When he got home he found he had actually been given £15 as 2 of the £5 vouchers were stuck together.
Just interested to know what your teen would do. Would they ask your opinion? Would they keep it or give it back?

It threw up quite a moral discussion last night.

We would definately give it back.

I am confident my DS would return the extra voucher - someone else might be missing out.

Well ds decided to take it back to school and give it to his head of house. H of H said "are you sure?" Ds said yes. He said wow you are so honest well done blah blah. Other house head overheard and said you should give it to him for being so honest. Ds said he didn't give it him back but wouldn't be surprised if he did tomorrow.
Proud mummy moment as he decided it was the right thing to do (though I have to admit I might have been inclined to keep it )
