I can't work out how to start

I see the Wordpress form to fill in but my cursor doesn't seem to register there so I can't fill it in at all. Where am I going wrong? I just want to start. Thanks.

Are you using Wordpress.org or Wordpress.com? If you have your own hosting and Cpanel you can set up wordpress really easily through that - takes less than 5 minutes. i have 3 blogs on wordpress via my own hosting
