Hello

Im a sahm and i have a 3.5 year old that loves to take photos. So as he has 7 weeks before starting school part time i had the idea to let him loss with my camra and do a blog with his photos on. Kind of like a life thru a three year olds eyes. What do you think?

I have never done a blog before and would have to resurch it to learn how to do it and i would select what photos we uploaded.

But would people be intreasted in this?

He does take really good photos and its more what is important to him and how a three yo sees the world around them.

Any advice or opioins welcome.

Thanks

Hi AnAirOfHope

Great idea. Why not let him do something like this. I have just written a blog post about blogs for kids, which might be helpful to you, and Joanne has a post on how to guarantee your son's privacy and safety.

Good idea. My dh puts DD1's photos on Facebook and everyone loves them.

The great thing about photos taken by kids is that all the people they're photographing are always so relaxed and smiley - going "aaah!" at the child's efforts! We had a lovely collection of photos of people at a pavement cafe at the seaside once, courtesy of my 5 year old taking over the family camera!

tumblr would be a great place to 'put' your ds's photograph as it's designed with photographers in mind.
good luck with it, I think it's a great idea and something I'd look at.

Aww! That sounds lovely OP!

That sounds like a great idea. There was an article in the Sunday Times about the increase of child bloggers. It would be something nice for him to look back on as well
