Could you write a novel with your teenage daughter? I couldn't since I rarely get more than a grunt from her. But Jodi Picoult did.

I'm having a break from writing my novel set in 17th century France to write a couple of whodunnits set in 1840s Cairo and London starring Sherlock Holmes' mother as my intrepid sleuth. I'm a bit overexcited about this!
