To insert a link to a web site, type
\link{url\description} - where url is the .... address of the site, and description is the text you want to appear in your message. So to link to bbc news you could type
have a look at \link{http://news.bbc.co.uk\this}

well fcuk me, i did the test and my eyes nearly popped out of my head when the pic of a baby popped up. he was the spitting image of my ds!!!! so much so that dp asked me why i had pic of ds on the t'internet!!!! Shock
