Introducing myself - Doula-lly

Hey all. Some know me from years of old, others not. I blog about all things birth and my life as a Doula.

I have 5 children (including 8.5yo DTs - I call them WWs, my Wee Weapons of Mass Destruction). I've been a Doula for about 7 years now. Have been to many a MNer birth (but don't worry, I don't talk about them in my blog per se). I love red wine and yellow roses.

Um... that's me. Well there's probably more to me, but hey... I may well have lost you at Hey all!

Looking forward to blogging/sharing blogging bits with you all.

Welcome, MarsLady! I'm well past the stage of giving birth myself (I had my only child, now 9, at the ripe old age of 43!) but I'm sure your blog will be of great interest to many mums on Mumsnet - good luck and have fun!

Maaaarrrrs! Hello! You won't recognise me under this name (usually B U M P E R L I O U S - you may not recognise that name either!) but it's good to see you. everybody, this is MarsLady, of Lemon Drizzle Cake fame, back when all this was just fields etc. etc.

I remember you Bumper.

I do post occasionally, but I have so many ladies giving birth that I don't have time to stay.

Currently I have fried my bloody macbook so my internet usage is limited, which is a shame as I have a couple of blog posts to do. Oh and I'm waiting on twins to be born.

My blog isn't just for women having babies and don't forget that our daughters will birth. My blog is also a small comment on the world of birth.

Aye... there were fields. None of this fancy pre-fab stuff. Acres and acres of green, green grass!
