Hairdressing etiquette

Do you have to stay with the shame hairdresser in the same salon? I had my hair restyle by the salon director last year and then had his senior stylist keep it in trim for the last few times ( mainly because she is much quicker, and he spends hours on it!). Anyway im now thinking of having another restyle, and would like the salon director to do it again - but is this a completely wrong thing to do in the same salon????

I have had 3 different stylists do my hair in the place I go to. Just ask for who you want to do your hair

Thanks Seona! Lets hope stylist no3 doesnt take offence! Perhaps i should say its a restyle.

Just ask for who you want, there could be lots of reasons for going to a different person eg an appointment at a time you can make, so no reason for anyone to be offended. And different hairdressors suit different people.
I also work in a situation where people sometime choose between me and my colleagues, and its totally fine, they are welcome to do that (even the ones who switch just because they think that one of the men I work with is hot GrinHmm)
