Finally I have got round to posting another instalment of Astonishing Splashes of Colour

I have lost track of what date it is this month! Luckily for me it's because we've been on our hols. (yippee)

I tried to post a little over the holiday fortnight, but saved most of my ideas up for our return. Then discovered that our return would consist of 2 days at home before I was packing for this weekend's London jaunt!

Thanks Recipe

It's so flipping cold I made strawberry and apple crumble for dessert last night.

It must have been a little warmer down here, Baroness. I made honey oaty wholemeal cake with strawberries & mint with my stash from the farmers market (see above)

Hooooo. Monday's post is later than I would like, especially when it has taken all evening to write, which is ridiculous.

I wrote a piece a while ago when I was mired in the dark molasses of my frustrating mood disorder, but didn't hit Publish for fear of seeming self-indulgent.
