My status updates don't appear on newsfeed

They appear on my Timeline but not on the newsfeed. As far as I know I haven't changed any settings.
Any ideas?

it's the same on mine - so that's probably 'how it is' with timeline?

This happens to me too, but I haven't succumbed to time line yet....

Actually don't have a timeline yet but couldn't remember what your own page thing is called [brain dead emoticon]
Ah well, thanks for replying. Looks like its just one of those random things.

Since the timeline things keep disappearing and it's rather annoying - for me as I post statuses up again and again thinking it's not worked, and for my friends having to read it 10 times over!
